We operate on a 4 weekly basis. With a super-flexible 2 week minimum term at full price. You can store your goods for as short or as long as you want, our costs do not often change and we may even have an introductory offer that can suit you.
All booking’s are done online, you can normally move in on the same day,
Once booked you will then be emailed a storage agreement to sign, once this is signed with ID plus a direct debit set up with GoCardless for future payment, we will then advise you of access details and the location of the padlock or key.
We do not monitor bookings out of hours so please do not expect to move in straight away if you have booked out of office hours.
We require 2 weeks notice submitted via the website using the notice form which can be found in the Customer Help section
You can store pretty much anything, however there are some prohibited items:
- Food or perishable goods unless securely packed to prevent attracting vermin
- Any living creatures
- Any combustible or flammable materials
- Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition
- Chemical, radioactive or biological agents
- Toxic waste, asbestos, or other potentially dangerous materials
- Illegal substances, drugs or any illegally obtained goods
- Compressed gases, fuels
Yes, you can scale up or down as you require, and just pay for what you use. *Subject to availability.
