Once your documents are signed and direct debit is set up to confirm your ID, no payment will be taken unless you store beyond the discount period. We’ll text you the key location and gate access, and you can even move in the same day—quick and easy!

There’s no minimum stay, but we do require a minimum payment of two weeks’ full rent. You’re free to move out anytime with just two weeks’ notice submitted online.

For safety and legal reasons, certain items cannot be stored in our units. These typically include:

  • Hazardous materials: flammable, explosive, or toxic substances like gasoline, propane tanks, chemicals, and paint.
  • Perishables: food or items that could spoil and attract pests.
  • Living things: plants, animals, or anything that requires ventilation or care.
  • Illegal items: drugs, stolen goods, or unlicensed firearms.
  • Firearms and ammunition: regardless of licensing.

Our large units, as well as most of our medium units, offer 24/7 access, so you can visit whenever it’s convenient for you. For smaller units, access is available during office hours, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. We recommend visiting your unit at least once a month and promptly reporting any issues to our team. Our remote electric gate system makes entry quick and easy!
