A trade needs somewhere for tools and materials that is not the van overnight. A shop needs overflow stock without paying high-street rent for every square foot. An online seller needs a dry, lockable space to pack and dispatch from. An office needs its archive boxes out of the way but still reachable. Household items, business stock, archives, tools and equipment all go in. For safety and legal reasons we cannot store hazardous materials (anything flammable, explosive or toxic, such as gas canisters, fireworks or chemicals), illegal items, perishable goods, living creatures or strongly scented items.
Access that fits working hours
Our outdoor containers are all ground floor with 24/7* drive-up access through a secure electric gate, with CCTV on site. A few units have limited hours, shown on each unit: the indoor units are open Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm, and the 37 sq ft units 8am to 7pm, seven days a week. We are at Dillybrook Business Park in Southwick, on the A361 just outside Trowbridge.
Which size
Units run from a 15 sq ft locker up to a 20-foot, 160 sq ft container (15, 20, 29, 30, 37, 38, 40, 80 and 160 sq ft). For a business: 40 sq ft holds a stock cage or a trade’s tools and consumables; 80 sq ft is a small shop’s back room; 160 sq ft takes pallets, fittings and a season’s stock with room to walk in. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one: there is no long-term contract, and you can move up when a bigger unit is free.

Terms
No deposit, no hidden charges and no long-term contract. There is no minimum stay, but a minimum of two weeks’ rent at full price applies, and you leave with two weeks’ notice. You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before your move-in date, and we match any like-for-like unit price within three miles. Insurance is not included and items are stored at your own risk; specialist cover is available from Insurastore.com.
